In the first course of the leader project "Network Nature Tullnerfeld", the Lower Austria Nature Conservation Association (Naturschutzbund NÖ) invites you to the first community workshop entitled "What can we do together for nature in Tullnerfeld?"

In the course of its LEADER project Network Nature Tullnerfeld, the Lower Austria Nature Conservation Association (Naturschutzbund NÖ) has produced a short film about the field groves in Tullnerfeld.

Hedges, windbreak belts and single trees represent important habitat and refuge for a variety of animals from insects and birds to small and large mammals and play a major role in habitat connectivity.

The film shows how important it is, especially in times of massive loss of biodiversity and the climate crisis, to preserve existing copses or to improve their quality where it is necessary and above all, to bring more hedges and trees back into the landscape.
