Lassee Edible Landscape

The project "Lassee Edible Landscape" was created as the result of an initiative of both the agricultural district authority and the municipality of Lassee. The centrally located site of the former tree nursery of the agricultural district authority hosts a combination of several traditional agricultural elements: meadow orchards, multifunctional hedges, fruit tree avenues and flower meadows.

In addition to the recreational value that the Edible Landscape holds for residents and travellers alike, the campaign intends to raise awareness for a responsible approach to our soil, wild plant life and the vast variety of fruits.
